We provide care and support for people who cannot wholly look after themselves at times convenient to them and in ways they find most agreeable. We have sound principles for the way we run our service. Central to these is our belief that the rights of the service user are paramount and that we try to maintain and wherever possible improve their indepence.
Our clients vary from the frail elderly to the people with Learning Disabilities to the younger, physically disabled client, who have chosen to live in their own homes. They are therefore able to remain in control of their lives with the security of 24 hour support. They may need care for a period of convalescence or as a longer term arrangement.
Our team of staff have expertise in the development and delivery of individual care plans and the delivery of life skills teaching, which, together with the day to day opportunities available in the community, have enabled many clients to achieve more independent life-styles . |
